In order to assist you with your purchase, I've come up with answers to some common questions.
How do you use my private information I supply to you on your website?
This is very important, if not, the most important question. EVERY bit of information you supply to Southern Charm Wreaths will be used only to service you. Southern Charm Wreaths will never supply any third party vendor with your precious and very private information.
How do I order a wreath that I don't see on your website anymore?
If you don't see a wreath on my website anymore it is because I have sold it. For my more popular wreaths, I will post a picture of the wreath with an order number associated with that wreath. Just contact me and let me know you saw a wreath that is no longer listed on my site. Make sure to write the order number with it. I will try very hard to match the design of that wreath but since I am still a small business, I am unable to carry a lot of inventory. While I realize this won't be the exact wreath you saw, it will be very close if not better.
Do you ship outside of the United States and how do you ship my wreath?
What materials are used and how strong are your wreaths?
All of my wreaths are very neat and professional. To see the details of my quality construction click here. You will not be able to see any dried glue or strings. The back of the wreath looks almost as good as the front. I cover all dried glue and exposed picks with sheet moss. This helps give the wreath a more natural look. Because every wreath is handmade, I am able to secure every stem, nest, sign, etc. into the wreath individually. I use a lot of high temperature glue when structuring a wreath and in some cases; I also tie pieces in with wire.
Are your wreaths safe for outdoors?
The materials used in my wreaths are considered durable to moderate outdoor exposure. If hanging your wreath on an exterior door, I would recommend hanging your wreath on a door that has a slight overhang. If you know of a big rain storm coming where there will be sheets of horizontal rain and a lot of wind, I would take your wreath off the door until it passes. For light showers it should be fine. But as you know, over time the sun will fade a wreath, some flowers more than others. But don't worry; your wreath should give you several years of enjoyment before that.
What about an exchange policy?
Here at Southern Charm Wreaths I believe in my products and I stand by them 100%. Since these are handmade wreaths there could be a time when a wreath may have a defect. In that event, you may exchange your item in its original packaging only. You will need to contact Southern Charm Wreaths within 3 days of the receipt of your item. Please contact me by calling me (803-960-3260) or filling out this form and I will get back to you. Your product needs to be returned within 10 days of your email to me. Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you need to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping both ways.
