Place A Custom Order!

Customers often ask me how they can order a custom wreath for their home or as a gift.  Please remember that I am a one woman wreath-making-machine; therefore, I may not have your exact flowers in my stock pile.  But you can still have a wreath designed just for you.  Here’s how:

Custom wreath order process

I require a nonrefundable reservation fee for time, supplies and services rendered for designing a custom floral arrangement of $75 for every order. This lets me know that you are very serious about purchasing a wreath from me.  After having several clients not proceed with their order after purchasing their supplies, I have no other choice but to require partial payment before I start your wreath order.

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded.

2. Let me know your wants.  A lot of customers tell me they like a wreath I’ve done before. This is helpful to me in that it gives a style you like and colors you like.  You can see the wreaths I’ve done in the past by going to my website clicking on Photo Gallery in the top right navigation menu.  Additionally I will need to know the following:

Price Range:Giving me a price range lets me know how full and the types of flowers to use in your wreath.  But please keep in mind that finished wreaths range in prices of $87-$250 depending on the clients needs. Custom wreath orders are always a little more pricier because it takes more time for each order (talking with the customer to figure out what they want, time to make sure I have the correct supplies, and time to design it using customer's desire rather than designing myself). Also, keep in mind shipping costs.  Does your total price range include shipping?  Shipping can be anywhere between $20-$40 depending on location and wreath size.  Contact me and I will be glad to email you a shipping estimate.  I am sorry but at this time I can not accept custom orders under the price range of $87 (not counting shipping) without compromising my style and quality of products used.

Finished wreath size: Measure the space where you want your wreath displayed.  If it’s over a fire place or sofa, measure how far you want your wreath to come out and how tall.  For entry door wreaths, keep in mind that the typical door is 36 inches wide; however, in older homes, dorms, nursing homes and apartments, your door could be 32 or 34 inches wide so you need to measure.

Where do you plan to hang your wreath: Whether it’s in a keeping room, kitchen, bedroom, screen porch or entry door, this helps me determine the flower types to use.

Colors:Please list a primary and secondary color you prefer.

Flowers:Though you can tell what flowers you prefer, I can not guarantee I will be able to locate them. Please keep in mind that silk flowers are like fashion, the popular styles are in every shop.  Additionally, silk and wreath suppliers do not have every flower available all the time like a florists does; therefore, I am limited to my suppliers and the products they stock. I have been known to purchase from craft stores because they may be a lot cheaper than wholesale especially during final sales at the end of seasons.

Ribbon/Bows: Do you want ribbon and a bow?  I will make sure your bows match with the color of your wreath.  The ribbon will be woven throughout your wreath. If ordering a deco mesh wreath, ribbon will automatically be used

Deco Mesh:I am limited to my suppliers as to the pattern and colors of the deco mesh material but do carry a good supply of patterns and styles that are in season. For out of season colors, it may take longer to get your colors as I will need to order from my supplier and have shipped but I will do every effort to meet your requests.  Additionally, ornaments are also limited to the current season (For Example: I can't get spring ornaments when we are currently in a christmas season.)

3. After receiving your nonrefundable reservation fee of $75 and speaking to you about your requirements, your wreath order then goes to the end of my custom wreath order list.  On average this list is 2-3 weeks out but can be as high as 6 weeks depending on the season.  I will try to update the top of this page to let you know how many wreaths may be in front of yours.



Please note:  My repeat customers typically give me a price range and the colors they want and know I will produce a spectacular wreath for them.  I tend to be more creative when I have fewer restrictions on my wreath designs.  Additionally, the wreath orders with fewer restrictions typically cost less to make because I can purchase items when they are on sale versus trying to find your exact color of flower or flower type during that week.

I will email you pictures of your finished wreath along with a paypal invoice of the difference owed (which will include your shipping cost). If your finished arrangement is not purchased within 3 business days of completion, client forfeits the fee of $75 to Southern Charm Wreaths for services rendered.
